Maciej Stanusch, founder, President of the Management Board and one of the main shareholders of Stanusch Technologies SA. He was on the list of the most creative entrepreneurs in Poland twice. In 2007, he was awarded the Silban Association award for an innovative business idea and in 2010, the Regional Innovation Leader 2010 award.

He was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award twice and received the Wprost 2014 Innovators award. Associated with the IT industry for 25 years. A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and many additional courses and trainings.
Maciej has been associated with the CRM industry for many years. He is the author of several dozen publications related to CRM; he created the first Polish portal dedicated to CRM and co-authored the book “CRM – Implementation Guide”. He has designed CRM systems for several Polish software producers: BPSC, Teta and Clix Software. He has also participated in CRM projects, among others, for Compaq Computer, Microsoft, SAP, Schneider Electric, Rockwool, Sodexo, Acer.
A modern AI Platform
Since 2003, he has dealt with the subject of artificial intelligence (AI). In 2007, he created the Stanusch Technologies company, in which he designed the modern Omni-Chatbot platform. It is a unique tool that is based on artificial intelligence, which enables fully automated customer service and analytics in various service channels from the phone, through chat, social media or instant messaging in mobile applications.
